Episode four of the current series has appeared online

Hackers have posted Episode 4 on Reddit.

The fourth episode of the current series of Game of Thrones – not due to be broadcast until next Monday – has reportedly been leaked online.

The Verge is reporting that the episode was stolen during the recent breach of HBO’s servers – in which 1.5 terabytes of data was taken – with only script outlines originally shared.

Now, however, episode four in its entirely has been shared in a low-quality format.

It is, according to The Verge, genuine and contains a ‘for internal viewing only’ watermark throughout the episode.

This is not the first time the makers of Game of Thrones have had to deal with leaks of the show’s episodes.

The first four hours of series five leaked online when advanced screeners – sent to the press – found their way on to the internet. However, this is the first time an episode has leaked due to a security breach at HBO.
