Tom Holland's days as Spider-Man are set to continue for a while yet
Sony has confirmed that at least three more Marvel Spider-Man movies will be made after
Spider-Man: No Way Home.
There was concern among fans that the events of the upcoming
No Way Home would be the last in the franchise. However producer Amy Pascal told
Fandango that there will definitely be three more movies, which will act as a second trilogy of stories.
Pascal said: "This is not the last movie that we are going to make with Marvel – [this is not] the last Spider-Man movie.
"We are getting ready to make the next Spider-Man movie with Tom Holland and Marvel. We're thinking of this as three films, and now we're going to go onto the next three. This is not the last of our MCU movies."
Spider-Man: No Way Home is released on December 15 in the UK and December 17 in the US and with every passing week the hype and fan theories continue to ramp up.
The questions on everyone's lips is this: how many Spider-Men will be appearing in
No Way Home?
Well, with the release of
the latest and final trailer, fans are more convinced than ever that we may be getting appearances from both previous incarnations of the superhero - Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire.
This is despite Garfield
continuing to categorically deny any involvement in the upcoming film.
Meanwhile, fans think Maguire's Spidey has been
spotted in merch sent out ahead of the film's release.
The hype is in overdrive now.
Not long to wait now though, with
Spider-Man: No Way Home released on 15 December in the UK.
