We're starting to think those tasked with stopping ISIS have been looking in all the wrong places.
As politicians turn to terror experts for advice on defeating the Islamic State, late-90s reggae star Shaggy is providing advice for free.

Boombastic has told ISIS to "go f**k themselves", and it seems he knows what the world needs to do.

Speaking to the
Miami New Times, the 46-year-old said: "ISIS can go f**k themselves. That’s some crazy s**t what they’re doing".
He suggested the militant group could be stopped using two things - Shaggy's music, and marijuana.
"There are two things you want to do when you listen to reggae: You get somebody pregnant, or you’re f**king high. High people don’t want to kill nothing; they want to love," he added.
Of course, if Shaggy gets into trouble for his comments he'll have a ready-made solution - just say "it wasn't me".
