The rapper who fuses Latin music with reggaeton
reportedly underwent cosmetic surgery to have dozens of gold hooks implanted into his head, from which he now dangles even more gold chains.

Caracol TV reports the rapper underwent the surgery in April earlier this year.
Speaking in one of his TikTok videos - an account that has nearly two million followers - Sur explained how he wanted to look like he'd walked "straight out of a jewellery store".
"The truth is that I wanted to do something different because I see that everyone dyes their hair. I hope not everyone copies me now. I have it as a hook that is implanted in my head and that hook has hooks and they are all hooked in my skull, under my skin".
He went on to add: "This is my hair. Golden hair", laying claim to being "The first rapper to have gold hair implanted in human history." To be honest, we can't think of any other so Dan Sur wins this one.
We have no idea how much his mane of golden dreadlocks is worth but it certainly brings a whole new meaning to the phrase 'heavy is the head that wears the crown'.
