She said: “I ended up quitting the show. I was so much more than what was being objectified on the stage. I didn't like feeling forced to be all looks. And little substance.
“And that's how it felt for me at the time being reduced to this specific archetype, the word bimbo.”
The former Suits actor revealed that women on the show would go as far as to stuff their bras and wear eyelashes and extensions to appease the executives.
She added: “We were even given spray-tan vouchers each week because there was a very cookie cutter idea of precisely what we should look like.
"It was solely about our beauty”.

Markle also said that the women at the show's helm often told the briefcase girls to ‘suck in their stomachs’ as the cameras rolled.
At the start of the podcast episode, the mother-of-two also disclosed how ‘anxious’ she was to interview Hilton.
She admitted to ‘misjudging’ her before meeting as the tabloids had frequently portrayed Hilton as a ‘bimbo’ and a ‘dumb blonde’.
However, Hilton said that the ‘fake persona’ she carved out for herself was a trauma response to attending her abusive boarding school.

The socialite-turned-DJ said: "The only thing that kept me going in there was thinking about who I wanted to be and who I wanted to become when I got out of there.
“In there I started, kind of, building this sort of fantasy life, and Barbie doll character, I guess, just to not think about the pain.”
Hilton added that her ‘Barbie’ persona was built on the idea that she was ‘beautiful’ and ‘always happy’.
The podcast come after after a royal expert suggested Meghan may finally be ready to consider returning to the UK and will feel "validated" by the warm public reception she received in the days after the Queen died.
Explaining his beliefs on YouTube, expert Neil Sean said Meghan was “ready and willing" to meet the public as the nation mourned the loss of the Queen, despite being “terrified about how the public might perceive her”.
But the public's reaction, which included a teenager hugging the Duchess at Windsor Castle, will have helped those fears be “pushed away very quickly," the expert added.
Meanwhile, regarding the Markle and Prince Harry's treatment in the US, a royal commentator claimed that Harry and Meghan are being “frozen out” of Hollywood, “one red carpet event at a time”, and that they lack the charm needed to A-list celebrities.
