James Corden and Jason Derulo try their best to keep up with kid choreographers

Professional celebrity best friend and chat show host James Corden has come up with a new game for guests to the Late Late Show – “Toddlerography.”

Teaming up with musician Jason Derulo, the pair tried their best to keep up with a bunch of talented toddler’s choreography.

Only, as anyone who’s been to a children’s birthday party will attest to: your average 3 year old has no interest in dancing on beat to the music.

Watch watch happens when a Tony Award winning theatre actor, and one of the most skilled dancers in men’s music try and replicate a child running about a room after one too many Panda Pops.

“You should really stretch, they don’t joke around here”, says Corden, and he isn’t kidding as before long the children realise they’re bring copied and quite rightly, start taking the mick of the too would-be dancers.

There’s a lot of jumping in a circle. A couple of almost moonwalks. Every now and again someone sits down for a spin… before standing up to do a bit of a spin.

As dancing games go, it’s just ahead of Agadoo, but below Cameo’s Candy. A nice mid-tier entry, like The Ketchup Song (if you remember that 2002 banger).

Keep coming up with those left-field fun and games Corden. Keep on rocking.
