Get Out’s Daniel Kaluuya ‘breaks BAFTA rules’ and reveals secret speech rules enforced by bosses

Get Out star Daniel Kaluuya has said that he 'broke all the rules' during last night's BAFTA Awards ceremony. It turns out that there is countdown that stops winners from spending too long on stage. He chose to jokingly 'expose' the secret clock during his speech. Daniel said: "There's a countdown. I wasn't supposed to say that but I’ve said that now." He added: "We break all the rules. No - levels." In his heartwarming speech he also thanks his mum for everything she had done for him. He said: "Mum you're the reason why I started, you're the reason why I'm here and the reason why I keep going - do you understand? This awards is yours. Love, peace, get it."
