Fans are speculating on social media that Stacey swore at Big Mo. The alleged foulmouthed outburst came as Big Mo tried to keep up the pretence that Kat was dead and accused Jean of not taking her medication.
Stacey responding by shouting at Big Mo, with fans claiming they heard her shout “f**k off nan!”

Personally, I’ve listened to it a few times now and I’m fairly sure that she actually told her to ‘back off’, still, it’s pretty clear what she meant.
