As regular viewers of Come Dine With Me will tell you, there's been some memorable moments on the show down the years.
Only this week, we celebrated the one year anniversary of a truly unforgettable meltdown from one of the show's disappointed contestants.
But what happened on one of this week's CDWM episodes might well prove to be a first...
One of the contestants, Rory, was appearing in a Central Scotland edition of the show. But after hosting his own dinner party on the second of four nights, Rory didn't reappear. Dave Lamb, the show's narrator, informed fans that Rory had been removed from the competition due to an incident after the show’s events and would not be returning.
What exactly this meant was unclear, and viewers of the show wanted answers.

As of yet, there's no clear explanation as to what exactly Rory did after hosting his night that caused the show's producers to give him the boot.
During his dinner party, he was involved in a heated (and extremely bizarre) argument with another contestant over which member of Take That was more talented. Having fiercely defended Gary Barlow throughout the row, perhaps his dismissal was a result of something that stemmed from this argument? As of now, all we can do is guess.
