Channel 4 has announced the line-up for its upcoming episode of Celebrity Gogglebox.
This Friday (November 3), a special Stand Up to Cancer edition of the show will air on Channel 4 as part of the broadcasters annual fundraising efforts to fight cancer.
Two of the names that viewers will see dissecting the week's TV from their sofa will be legendary comedians Harry Hill and Tim Vine, the Mirror reports.
Harry and Tim aren't the only famous funny men appearing on the episode, as Bob Mortimer and Richard Ayoade have also signed up to take part.
Other famous faces on the charity special will be Nicole Scherzinger and her fiance Thom Evan, whilst actors Stephen Graham and Hannah Walters will also be letting us into their living room with their children, Grace and Alfie.
Even though it's a celebrity edition, viewers will still see Gogglebox regulars Mary and Giles, the Siddiquis and Jenny and Lee on the episode.
Speaking about joining the Gogglebox cast, Harry Hill said: “It’s been a while since I doled out my thoughts on the funniest, weirdest and best TV of the week and as a huge fan of Gogglebox I’m looking forward to plopping myself down on the sofa with a nice cup of tea and my good friend Tim Vine. So let’s raise a few laughs and hopefully loads of money too.”
Meanwhile, Tim said: “I’m really looking forward to appearing with my friend Harry on Celebrity Gogglebox for Stand up to Cancer. What a great idea it is to combine watching television and appearing on it into one easy action. I recently bought a new TV and once I got it home I spent the next five hours watching the box. Then I thought better of it and started watching the TV itself!"
The Celebrity Gogglebox special will air in two parts throughout the night of fundraising.
The first 30 minute installment starts at 20:30 on Channel 4, with the second part airing at 21:30.
Stand Up To Cancer gets underway at 19:00 on the night as hosts Davina McCall, Adam Hills, Joe Lycett and Munya Chawawa kick things off with SU2C: The Takeover.
The night of fundraising will then conclude with the SU2C Comedy Roast, an entertaining extravaganza hosted by Rhod Gilbert and featuring big names from British stand-up including Ellie Taylor, Danny Beard, and Nish Kumar.
