Arnold Schwarzenegger explains how he piled on the size for Terminator Genisys

If anyone is going to get in shape for a film role, it's Arnold Schwarzenegger.

His big screen blockbuster career was built on that muscle-bound body - who could forget the shape he was in for the original Terminator movie in 1984? The 67-year-old obviously won't be getting back in the same condition that made him a seven-time Mr Olympia bodybuilding champion. But he's still got a trick or two up his sleeve. Arnie says he always keeps himself in goof nick - at least seven out of 10 shape. But for his new Terminator: Genisys film he wanted to be the same size as he was in the '84 incarnation.
