But he's still got a trick or two up his sleeve.
Arnie says he always keeps himself in goof nick - at least seven out of 10 shape. But for his new Terminator: Genisys film he wanted to be the same size as he was in the '84 incarnation.
On top of his classic bodybuilding split, the Austrian actor had been cranking up the calories and gulping down two protein shakes a day to get him back up to his original 228lb weight.
