Aston Villa have increased the price of disabled matchday parking from £190 to £380, a report from Birmingham Live has revealed.
The club informed disabled fans - who held a disabled parking space outside the North Stand last season - only a week before the season started.
Fans were thereby given no prior warning before being asked to pay double what they had in the previous season in order to keep their spot.
Supporters were given one of two options, either choose to keep their space on the Villa Village car park at the price of £380 or alternatively buy a parking spot on the Yew Tree Community School for the season at £228.
Despite this offer, the school car park does not have any designated disabled bays.
Supporters are said to be furious at the price increase and the lack of warning given by the club.
Villa also made headlines earlier this week for their hefty prices to watch Champions League football at Villa Park.
The most expensive price for a non-season ticket holder is £97.
