Ed Balls and Michael Gove aren't exactly natural bedfellows. The former was a Labour MP and is married to Member of Parliament for Normanton, Pontefract and Castleford, Yvette Cooper. The latter is the newly announced Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and as Tory as they come.
But for one special night, they were part of a bizarre skit which involved the pair of them dancing around to Gangnam Style in a lift. It was all for the Last Leg's #MoreInCommon initiation, in which they hope to show that there is more to united us in this country than to divide us. It acts as a celebration of Jo Cox's life, and mirrors her inclusive ethos.
Balls and Gove were put together to show how opposites can attract and create something truly beauti....odd. In fairness it's quite a good skit and both are great sports for taking part...
