Fatima Khan's defence lawyer Kerim Fuad described his client as "Ilford's Snapchat queen" and said the video was published among other posts of her morning coffee, a cab ride and the carpet of her family home.
The jury took 18 hours to reach a 10-1 majority verdict of manslaughter. Ms Khan had denied murder and alternative counts of manslaughter and conspiracy to cause GBH.
Jurors watched CCTV of the confrontation between Safi and Raza Khan - whose whereabouts are unknown and is wanted on a murder charge.
It showed Safi in conversation with Fatima Khan on a bench outside Costa, near to Vigilant Security - her place of work. Raza Khan arrived at the scene holding a large knife, jurors were told.

Prosecutor Kate Bex QC said Raza Khan was a love rival to Safi and that Fatima Khan was "essential to the success of the plan" to get rid of him.
She said: "She told Raza Khan where to find Khalid Safi and she ensured Mr Safi was still there by the time Mr Khan travelled to the scene.
"Raza Khan spoke briefly to either the defendant or Khalid Safi and then turned to face him, at which point the prosecution suggest the knife would have been in plain view.
"Mr Safi produced a screwdriver and they began to fight. The fight lasted 15 seconds at most and it is caught on CCTV. Mr Safi died at the scene having received a number of wounds to his chest, one penetrating his heart."
Fatima Khan said: "I hate him [Raza Khan]. He is so disgusting because he done something so bad. Khalid did not deserve to be dead. He disgusts me. I feel sick just thinking about it."
She will be sentenced on July 30.Explore more on these topics:
