McDonald’s are bringing some massive new things to Britain…including pulled pork

Life is never going to be the same again...

Our hopes were cruelly raised at the prospect of Burger King and McDonald’s combining to create the ‘McWhopper’ burger.

World peace was at stake, but those nascent hopes of a truly transcendent burger from these two fast food behemoths were tragically killed at birth. We were all gutted beyond belief.

But if you’re still reeling from the news, we’ve got something to pick you up and dust you off.

Ronald McDonald and his crack team of clown chefs are working on some seriously tasty stuff for this Autumn.

The biggest new addition to the menu looks set to be pulled pork. McDonald’s have been working on a secret burger with the American barbecue staple and it could be here in Britain soon.

McDonald’s UK managing director Paul Pomroy told the Telegraph that we will be tucking into new barbecue, sweet chilli and hot Peri Peri chicken wraps.

If you’re an early bird, the popular pork, onion and ketchup breakfast wrap will be returning before 10-30am.

Customisation looks set to be the next big revolution at the restaurant chain – with fast food fans being able to mix up their menu choice. We presume this could mean a huge spike in popularity in choices from its so-called ‘secret menu’.

“There’s no reason why people who love spice can’t have Tabasco sauce on their chicken,” he said. “It’s not just new products we’re introducing, it’s also where we can put twists on old favourites.”

Alongside, digital self-service kiosks and staff waiting tables which are coming to the UK, your McMunchies will never be the same again.
