England fans criticised for invading IKEA store following victory over Sweden

Wil Jones

England beat Sweden 2-0 to qualify for the semi-finals of the World Cup

Goals from Harry Maguire and Dele Alli secured victory for the Three Lions, and the will face either Croatia or Russia in the next round.

Following the game, England fans in London ran into the IKEA store in Westfield shopping centre in Stratford, chanting and throwing around display items.

The video spread on social media, and the actions of the fans were criticised by many.

The IKEA UK Twitter account however took it in good humour.

(‘Grattis’ is Swedish for congratulations, by the way).
