Andrew Tate leaves disgusting comment on Amanda Holden's latest Twitter post

Many defended Amanda against the misogynist

Andrew Tate has been condemned for a comment he wrote under a recent social media post from Amanda Holden.

In June, Tate was charged with rape, human trafficking and forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women.

Him and his brother will face trial in Romania over the charges.

And, in case anyone had somehow forgotten what type of person Tate is, his social media activity always acts as a handy reminder.

The latest example of his sexist and misogynistic attitudes came when he decided to comment on a Twitter post from Amanda Holden.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge shared a holiday snap on the platform of her in a black bikini standing under an outdoor shower, with the caption: “Good morning.”

Tate commented under the photo: “You are a wife and a mother and you’re far past a teenager. There is no need for this post.”

Fans and celebrity friends were quick to defend Amanda, with Loose Women star Charles White, tweeting: “Attention-seeking by attempting to troll @AmandaHolden?!

“Someone ought to take up crochet and stop entering grown-up conversations.”

Feminist barrister Charlotte Proudman said: “Self proclaimed misogynist, Andrew Tate has been charged with rape & under house arrest but that doesn’t stop him taking to Twitter to make sexist jibes about Amanda Holden — whilst age & body shaming her.

“The king of toxic masculinity strikes again.”

Meanwhile, one person simply told Tate to ‘mind your own business’.

Others pointed out his blatant hypocrisy, with the 36-year-old regularly posting shirtless pictures of himself online.

One person wrote: “Lol! I have hardly seen you in clothes yourself @Cobratate What is the need for those posts then?”

“This take would’ve been fine if it wasn’t for your hypocrisy, considering you’re a bald 40-year-old charged for human trafficking and rape, while still posting shirtless pics of yourself on social media, touch some grass, Tate,” another commented.

And a third said: “I’m thinking you’re deffo not in the best position to preach on righteousness here fella!”

Tate and and his brother Tristan were arrested in Romania on 29 December and spent several months in prison before being released on house arrest on 31 March.

The indictment deposited with the Bucharest court says that the brothers, along with two Romanian female suspects, formed an organised criminal group in 2021 to commit human trafficking in Romania, but also in other countries including the US and the UK.
