No one knows what the Trump administration has planned next regarding their highly controversial (read: fascistic) policies on immigration but one thing is certain: the protests across the US and around the world are a clear indication that no one's going to take it lying down.
In a week of heavy protests, Josh Homme and the other members of Queens of the Stone Age are also refusing to go with the flow, launching a blistering critique of President Trump.
QOTSA are currently in the studio and the band took a break from recording their new album to post this message.
“This man is a shallow, inept, multi-bankrupt declaring, narcissistic, narrow minded, out of touch, objectifying, barf inducing, fascist, clown penis… who also happens to be re-stup-redicu-lame,” wrote QOTSA on Instagram.
The band’s post concluded with a quote from political theorist Edmund Burke, one of the philosophical founders of modern conservatism: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”
