If you are a little on the adventurous side when it comes to your chosen tipple then Aldi have a role that could be just for you!
The Which? Cheapest Supermarket winner is on the look-out for an Official Beer Taster to review its upcoming range of seasonal beers.
The successful applicant will receive a selection of hoppy tipples which they will need to taste and review helping to guide Aldi bosses ahead of key decisions they will make for 2025.
The successful applicant will have a passion for beer and offer ‘pints’ of enthusiasm as they are required to provide feedback on a range of IPA’s, ciders and smooth craft beers.
The simple application process involves applicants to send an email explaining why they think they should be chosen for the role as well as highlighting what their favourite Aldi beer is and why.
The Managing Director of Buying at Aldi, Julie Ashfield said: “Our beer range is very popular with shoppers, so it is important that we continue to excite our loyal fan base with an innovative offering.
“That’s why we’re returning our Official Beer Taster competition for a third year. It allows us to continue developing our products with quirky and unusual flavour profiles, while offering quality products at unbeatable prices. Best of luck to all those who enter!”
Shoppers have been told to send an email with their full name, proof of age, social media handles, 150-word explanation plus their favourite Aldi beer to Aldibeertaster@clarioncomms.co.uk before August 23.
It comes after Cadbury advertised for a professional chocolate taster last month which sees the chosen applicant getting paid to test a range of Cadburys products.
