Hands up who had a few too many Bank Holiday drinks last night? Yup, us too.
You’re probably in need of a few paracetamol and a huge ice-cold glass of Monday Motivation to drag your sorry carcass down the gym.
And if anything is going to motivate you to hit your workout harder than ever, it’s Britain’s biggest fitness expo.
JOE went to the Bodypower Expo 2015 at Birmingham’s NEC Arena – along with 80,000 other fitness fanatics – and the three-day event certainly didn’t disappoint.
There was something for every predilection – strongman, Muay Thai, bodybuilding, aesthetics, weightlifting and probably the world’s best named fast food chain…

Bodypower brought in the biggest names in bodybuilding including Kai Greene, Jay Cutler and Flex Lewis, and physique stars Shaun Stafford, Steve Cook and Kirk Miller.
They also brought in the biggest blokes in the world with deadlift champion Eddie Hall and 6ft 9in World’s Strongest Man Brian Shaw (we’re still not sure how they crammed him into an aeroplane.)
Everywhere you looked there was something going on – the Beachbody Arena, The British Weighlifting stand with Zoe Smith and Ali Jawad shifting some weights and the Bodypower Pro bodybuilding competition.
Anyone with abs and a suntan within 1,000 miles of Birmingham was at Bodypower. Oh, and a chap called Hulk Hogan rocked up, which everyone seemed to like…

But there’s one thing that Bodypower is known for above all else: The best physiques in the world. And it seemed like most athletes forgot to pack a T-shirt.
