It's a pressure-cooker job at the best of times. When the Spaniard is not marshalling his Toffees side, it seems he's out throwing some serious shapes (if this video is to be believed.) A Chelsea fan captured a clip of a bloke not dissimilar to the former Wigan manager absolutely going for it at a Jason Derulo gig. The US artist, who has 11 platinum singles and four UK number ones, was performing across the way from Merseyside at the Manchester Arena. We never had him down as an R&B man, but if it is old Roberto, who could blame him after smashing Newcastle 3-0 midweek?
