It's always interesting to get a taste of how we're seen in other parts of the world - even if we don't always like what we find...
The perception of Brits on the continent seems to be one of entitled celebrity-obsessed contrarians, judging by this clip from Heute Show. The popular German answer to the Daily Show features a sausage-based board game in which the British always manage to get their own way. There is also a humorous dig at our obsession with the new royal baby and a propensity to look back at a glorious past, rather than forwards.
