They are 'The Door' - who could ever forget the tragic demise of Hodor as the White Walkers descended on Bran and the Three Eyed Raven?
We also have the stunning episode 'Blackwater' when Stannis' attack on King's Landing was thwarted via wildfire. 'The Lion and the Rose' also places highly, probably because it saw Joffrey choke to death and people also loved 'The Laws of Gods and Men'- an episode which provided the finest piece of acting in Game of Thrones.
