We’ve all been there.
Rylan Clark was not answering his phone on Tuesday morning and it was not difficult to figure out why because This Morning co-hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby revealed just how drunk he was the previous night.
Monday night saw This Morning pick up the Best Daytime TV Show at the TV Choice Awards and Rylan decided to get in the celebratory mood early on in the day, as he enjoyed a little pre-drinking session with Frankie Dettori.

Cut to a few hours later and the former X Factor contestant was a tad worse for wear as he struggled to keep it together during an interview with his colleagues.
On Tuesday’s show, footage of Rylan showing off each and every drop of alcohol that had passed his lips throughout the evening was proudly made public by his co-workers.

“You’re a disgrace to the entire company!” Willoughby joked and it emerged that, due to the distracting behaviour, it took 15 takes to finally get the interview right.
It will come as no surprise to anyone that the early morning phonecalls to the presenter went unanswered.
