People think this guy said ‘completely fucked it’ on the BBC’s Apprentice advert

It definitely sounds like it...

Ben Kenyon

Have we all got dirty minds, or did someone just drop an F-bomb on the BBC’s Apprentice advert?

It could be that we’re just all tuned in to hear swear words when there aren’t actually any, or it might be that this Apprentice contestant managed to sneak a cheeky ‘fuck’ past the BBC’s crack team of censors.

It wouldn’t be the first time that someone’s sneaked a sly ‘fuck’ onto the BBC, but if it managed to slip unnoticed onto an pre-edited ad rather than a live broadcast, that would be a turn up for the books.

Eagle-eyed folk on Twitter picked up on it straight away on the BBC’s advert for the new series of Lord Sugar’s uncompromising business talent show.

There is some conjecture about what was said, but we definitely heard the words ‘sorry I’ve just completely fucked it’ in our own profane heads. Definitely.

Although it could quite as easily be ‘fluffed’ or ‘fudged’. See what you think…

There were more Twitter users who thought they heard the same as us too…

The only was to sort the argument for good is probably to click the subtitles button during the show when it returns to our screens on Thursday night.

The show is now in its twelfth series and will pit 18 new candidates against each other bidding for a chance to secure Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment in their business plan.

If previous series are anything to go by, it’s going to be a pressure-cooker 12 weeks of hell for the contestants. Check out how they get on this Thursday at 9pm on BBC One.
