Have the dumped islanders been revealed?

Three couples are up for the chop on Love Island next - Alexandra and Alex, Laura and Paul and Josh and Kaz. Unsurprisingly, viewers are eager to know who will be the next couple to leave and as there's no episode on a Saturday, fans will have to wait until tomorrow to find out. However, Caroline Flack uploaded a photo today and people are convinced that it reveals the identity of the couple leaving.
