Freddy Krueger could be making a return to the big screen as an all-new version of A Nightmare on Elm Street is said to be in the works.

The last instalment of the franchise, from Michael Bay in 2010, received a panning from critics. Despite this, it still managed to pull in a sizeable profit from huge viewing figures at the box office. http://youtu.be/ZuYoEtEI_go New Line Cinema are believed to have started work on the latest version, hiring David Leslie Johnson as the script writer.
