Love Island’s Jack and Dani reportedly offered huge TV deal

James Dawson

And onto the ITV2 reality TV show carousel they go

It might be the last episode of Love Island on Monday, but we probably won’t have seen the last of probable winners Jack and Dani.

According to The Sun, the pair have already been offered a three-part ITV2 series following their life after exiting the villa – which given they’re favourites to win the show, will likely already be with £50,000 in their pocket.

A TV production source told the newspaper: “There is a big money offer on the table for the couple and cameras want to start filming them as soon as they leave the villa.

“There is a huge interest in capturing the moment that Jack finally meets Danny in person, something he’s been nervous about since day one. Danny will give him a hard time and plenty of banter so it would be TV gold.

“The miniseries would show their life in the real world and the obstacles they face, like heightened fame, attention from fans and where they’re going to live.”

The news comes after tonight’s episode of the show, in which Danny gave his approval to his eponymous daughter’s boyfriend.

Danny said to Jack: “Listen, I approve of you mate. I think you’re absolutely bang on. I weren’t at first, I thought, ‘Oh here we go’.”

“Look at him, look at him. Look at his little face. Do you know what Jack, listen. Proper geezer, gotta say.

“I’ll tell you what I love about you, I love the fact you got a little Derby. You got so much charisma. Takes a brave man to bowl into that gaff, them all ‘abbed up’, proper geezer. Honestly mate, we’re so over the moon.”

Given that Jack Fincham is everybody’s best mate and quite possibly the soundest bloke to ever live, you can’t argue with Danny’s judgement.
