Watch this clip of Lorraine Kelly being asked about Esther McVey live on Good Morning Britain and try not to cringe. The pair used to work together on GMTV, so when McVey made an appearance alongside Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid and they lived linked to Lorraine, which airs after GMB. "Do you remember Esther McVey from her GMTV days?" Reid asked Lorraine. To which she responded: "Yeah, yes I do. OK, coming up after half past eight…" Piers, spotting that Lorraine had skipped the question, followed it up, asking: "So you got on with Esther then, Lorraine?" She replied: "I don’t remember love, I don’t remember at all, it was an awful long time ago."
