To celebrate Tidal reaching one million subscribers since launching last March, the Jigga Man is throwing a star-studded concert headlined by him, his wife Beyonce and the 'Purple Rain' hitmaker.
The rapper took to Twitter to hint he was planning something special to mark the occasion.
In a statement, Tidal said concertgoers can expect "collaborations on specially chosen songs to promote the message of unity through music."
Usher, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, T.I., Fabolous and Damian Marley among others are part of the line-up for Tidal X:1020 at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn, New York in October.
The event will be available to watch on Tidal and HTC's websites.
