Former Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is writing a "zombie western" and has some familiar faces on board for the project.

The film - named Dead 7 - will also feature Carter's former bandmates Howie Dorough and A.J. McLean, as well as *N Sync's Joey Fatone as they look to fight off a zombie apocalypse in the Wild West. Dead 7 will be produced by Asylum - best known for classics such as Sharknado - and will have a musical theme.
