It's no surprise then that the campmates tend to pull faces and express disgust when it comes to this tough task and this year's series was no different.
Iain Lee proved a popular contestant this year and did his best to bring food for the others back at camp but it turns out things weren't quite as bad as he made out.
On his first show back on talkRADIO this week, the presenter admitted that he "hammed it up a bit" when it came to doing a trial.
As I'm A Celeb viewers will remember, Iain was challenged to eat a pig's vagina during the final of the show, the Bushtucker Bonanza segment to be exact, and let's just say, he didn't exactly relish the taste.
As you'll see from the clip, the radio regular looks absolutely disgusted but in reality, he wasn't all that bothered.
One caller rang up and during the conversation, Iain asked if he could "let him in on a secret".
He then went on to say that "the tastes weren't that bad" and he was putting on a show but in saying that, the texture proved more difficult to digest.
It was the camel's brain that he couldn't cope with at all and in fairness, we can understand that...
