Here are the best new titles coming to Netflix in September

A bit of Narcos, a little Fools and Horses. Something for everyone.

Narcos is back and that’s just a taste of what’s in store.

Pablo Escobar might be dominating your Netflix viewing habits in September, but there are plenty of other new additions to watch this month also.

Here’s some of the highlights.

Narcos: Season 2

Plot: A chronicled look at the criminal exploits of Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar.

The Big Short

Plot: Four denizens in the world of high-finance predict the credit and housing bubble collapse of the mid-2000s, and decide to take on the big banks for their greed and lack of foresight.

Marvel’s Luke Cage

Plot: Given superstrength and durability by a sabotaged experiment, a wrongly accused man escapes prison to become a superhero for hire.

Audrie & Daisy

Plot: Two different girls sexually assaulted on two different nights, in two different towns. Audrie & Daisy takes a hard look at the issues faced by America’s teenagers who are coming of age in the new world of social media bullying, spun wildly out of control.


Plot: New documentary series that explores the harrowing decisions that doctors, families and patients face in urgent end-of-life cases.

Amanda Knox

Plot: She was twice convicted and acquitted of murder. Hear personal accounts from the people inside the public spectacle in this documentary film.

Only Fools and Horses (Season 3-4)

Plot: Come on! For shame if you don’t idolise the travails of Del Boy and Rodney.
