Teasing fans on Instagram, Lovato shared a video of tattoo artist Dr Woo etching the creepy-crawly into their skull. The spider itself takes up a pretty significant piece of space, but luckily Lovato only needs to grow their hair out to cover it. And while many may bash the artist for their choice in head tatt, it's worth remembering that thousands, if not millions, of Brits have roses, lions, and clocks tattooed on their forearms.
