Azealia Banks lands a film role – but for how long?

JOE

Film crews everywhere will be hoping they don’t get booked for the new film It Doesn’t Have to Rhyme after potty-mouthed Azealia Banks was named on the project.

The singer, who loves a bust-up even more than Roy Keane, has signed up to make her debut in the musical drama.

But how long until she goes postal and is booted off set?

Banks, who has ‘had beef’ with a number of stars including Iggy Azalea and Pharrell Williams, will play an aspiring rapper who stalls her hip-hop career in order to finish college.

Common and Jill Scott have also landed roles in the movie, directed by Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA.

Banks is on this year’s Glastonbury Festival line-up for a second year running, where again she will no doubt have the whole crowd singing ‘I’m a ruin you c**t’.

Here’s one of Banks’ Twitter rows, with Iggy Azalea…
