The days are getting colder, the nights are getting longer…

A night in, in front of the telly, is getting more and more appealing the close we get to the beginning of winter.

We take a look at what’s on the box this Friday evening in order to help you decide.

Chris O’Dowd

Funnyman Chris O’Dowd is currently heading up Netflix’s newest film Mascots. A fun little mockumentary about life as a competitive sports mascot, Chris will be sure to tell all about life under the mask.

Amy Adams

The wonderful Amy Adams will be back on Graham’s sofa once again, this time to talk about the much hyped sci-film Arrival. Last time Adams was on the show, she wowed audiences with her rather good Batman impression. We can only hope of an ace repeat.

Jeremy Renner

You can’t have just one superhero film actor on your chat show, rules dictate you have to have two. So along with Lois Lane, Hawkeye will be heading to Graham’s sofa tonight. Jeremy Renner will also be on hand talk talk about hotly anticipated sci-fi movie Arrival. Check out the trailer above, it looks rather special.

Niall Horan

The One Directioner will be on hand to talk about about his budding new solo career and show off new track This Town. Which is rather good if you ask us.

Here’s hoping he divulges a bit on his beef with Simon Cowell and all.

The Graham Norton Show is on BBC One tonight (Oct 14) at 10.35pm
