Amazon have won the race to sign former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May for a new car-themed series.

The trio have been caught in the middle of a tug-of-war between streaming services Amazon Prime, Netflix and Yahoo since it was revealed that they can't launch a show on ITV until at least 2017. While many expected Clarkson and co to make the move online, it's surprising to see Netflix lose out to Amazon. The online retailer has recently launched a streaming service to rival Netflix, and this will go a long way towards making it a big success. https://instagram.com/p/5wY4b0ygSQ/ Meanwhile, the BBC are still searching for a co-host to accompany Chris Evans, with Formula One racer Jensen Button thought to be in pole position to land the job.
