Arsenal upset the odds at Wembley on Saturday afternoon, winning the FA Cup final 2-1 against the heavily fancied Chelsea. The Gunners weren’t expected to pose much difficulty for the Premier League champions.
Antonio Conte’s side had won 30 Premier League games this season, and went into the game with a full strength squad against an Arsenal team with several players absent through injury.
However, Arsene Wenger’s side won thanks to goals from Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey, and the Arsenal manager set a record. Wenger won his seventh FA Cup, more than any other manager in the competition’s history.
It was a great end to what has been a difficult season for Wenger. However, for Victor Moses, it was a very difficult end to what has been a great season, and he set a very unwanted record.
The Chelsea winger, who has been a revelation playing as an attacking full-back this season, was sent off after 68 minutes, receiving his second yellow card for a dive in the Arsenal penalty area.

Moses’ sending off also set a bit of FA Cup final history.
The 26-year-old became the fifth player to be sent off in an FA Cup final and the first to be dismissed for a dive.
