There is an incredibly easy speed glitch in FIFA 21

This super easy trick will help you leave even the fastest defenders for dead on the new FIFA 21 game, and it involves just two buttons

It involves just two buttons

FIFA 21 is out and one of the first things gamers have noticed about the new game is that yes, pace is still very important. The likes of Kylian Mbappé and Adama Traoré are once again set to become the most popular players on Ultimate Team as a result, so bear that in mind when deciding how high to put your defensive line.

If you’re the sort of FIFA player who looks to make full use of the exaggerated power of pace on the game, we’ve got some good news for you.

Gamers have discovered a glitch that allows you to use an extra burst of acceleration and leave opposition defenders for dead, and it involves just two buttons.

Step 1: Hold L1/LB

While dribbling with your player, hold L1 (PS4) or LB (Xbox) and jockey along, drawing the defender in to make a tackle.

Step 2: Hold R2/RT

Then, when you’re ready for your player to burst out of their tracks, switch to the usual sprint button and aim the left analogue stick (is that what they’re still called?) in the direction you wish to sprint.

This gives your wingers, full backs or strikers, or whoever you’re dribbling with, a burst of pace that could be the difference between winning an losing. A turbo charge if you will.

Obviously you don’t want to be wasting this on a player like Harry Maguire, who has one gear (slow). To take full advantage of this glitch you’ll want to use it with players who already high agility and speed stats, your Sadio Manés, your Wilfried Zahas, your Eden Hazards, et al.
