Bayern Munich have made a move to sign the forward

Harry Kane has reportedly met with Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel ahead of a potential move to the German champions.

Bayern are the only club to have tabled an offer for the England international – who is in the final year of his current deal – but had their bid of £60m plus add ons unsurprisingly rejected.

Reports have suggested that Tottenham have slapped a £100m asking price on their star man however BILD journalist Christian Falk has suggested that Kane has already agreed personal terms with Bayern and that the only thing left to sort is for the two clubs to agree on a fee.

SPORTBILD have since added that Tuchel met with Kane personally in May to discuss a deal where the 29-year-old spoke of his desire to win the Champions League with Bayern in the coming years.

Despite all of his success personally, Kane is yet to win a major trophy in his career so far.

Kane meanwhile was reportedly “very impressed” with what the former Chelsea boss had to say and has remained in constant contact with Tuchel.

Tuchel has been a long-term admirer of the forward, saying back in 2021: “If you find any coach around the world who would not like to have Harry Kane in his team, call me.

“I would like to speak with the guy and hear about his ideas of scoring and attacking.”
