All the Team GB competitors you can watch at the Olympics today

A huge day for GB's rowers

Already setting off strong with bronze in the women's double sculls GB will be looking to continue their strong start.

From 10am six GB swimmers will be taking on the heats from in their pursuit of final qualification

Katie Shanahan and Honey Osrin swim in the 200m women's backstroke, Alexander Cohoon and Benjamin Proud go in the men's 50m freestyle and Tom Dean and Duncan Scott race in the men's 200m individual medley.

Thirty-five minutes later the women's four will have their shot at Olympic glory with GB's crew including legendary rower, mother and GB flag bearer Helen Glover.

Andy Murray and Dan Evans will be looking to continue their thrilling run in the tennis doubles, winning by the smallest of margins in the last two rounds.

At the same time Seonaid McIntosh will compete in the women's 50m rifle qualification round.

Meanwhile the windsurfing could be delayed or postponed as per the Olympic website.

At 11:10 GB will be competing in the rowing men's four medal race and will hopefully cap off a successful day on the water.

At 11:15 Michael Beckett will go in the men's dinghy sailing.

Half an hour later the hockey will provide a showdown between old rivals France and Great Britain as GB sit fourth in their pool after winning one game and drawing two with France dead last in the table.

At 12pm Katie Boulter and Heather Watson will play in the women's tennis doubles quarter-finals against third seeds Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini.

After a short break for GB after lunch, Joseph Clarke will be competing in the men's single kayak semi-final at 14:30 looking to make the final later today.

At 14:35, Hannah Snellgrove will race in the women's dinghy.

At 16:00 it will be the turn of the women's hockey team in pool B as they take on the United States.

Penny Healey and Alex Wise will compete in the women's and men's archery at 16:14 and 17:06 respectively.

The late afternoon will see two of the most popular events take place as Georgia-Mae Fenton and Alice Kinsella in the women's all-round final in the artistic gymnastics.

And finally, the last medal chance of the day will be in the pool as Laura Stephens goes in the 200m butterfly final at 19:30.
