Can I let you in on a secret? Not a lot of planning goes into these intros. Please, contain your shock.
The formula is something like this: quiz pun at the top (it's a Thanksgiving one this week), maybe mention something that's happened in the week, tell you what the rounds are, and wish you the best of luck.
Time is short as I write this, and I'm not sure talking about the Budget would be much fun for a pub quiz intro. So, moving on the next step, let me tell you what the rounds are this week: US cities and the opening lyrics to songs.
Hopefully these are your bag, if not then don't lose sleep over it, next week might be more up your street
All there is to do now is wish you good luck and, would you look at that, another pub quiz intro in the can.
