The Culture Secretary called Sir Keir Starmer "boring" as the Labour leader tore into the Tories

Nadine Dorries had a full-on strop in the House of Commons as the government prepares to face a confidence vote. The prime minister yielded to pressure from the opposition Labour party to grant parliamentary time for a no-confidence vote in his government on Monday. In the end, Number 10 called a vote of confidence in itself after it rejected a motion that singled out Johnson, something the PM seemed to forget. https://twitter.com/BestForBritain/status/1549064476909092865   Starmer said the Conservatives resembled a struggling Premier League football club as he launched his assault, “changing managers as they slide towards relegation”. He claimed that Rishi Sunak, the former chancellor and bookmakers’ favourite to succeed Johnson, had “broken” the economy and helped prop up the prime minister in office. The comments appear to have rattled Dorries, who started shouting "you're boring" at the Labour leader. PoliticsJOE reporter Ava Santina said one Tory backbencher described it as "mortifying" after watching the clip: https://twitter.com/AvaSantina/status/1549090497117016064?s=20&t=0Y59sp7f0HtaCNqsPI-YUg
