Woman who spent £50k to look like Kim Kardashian has no regrets as ‘it gives me pretty privilege’

She finally thought she'd achieved her dream look...until recently

A South Korean woman who spent £50,000 on 15 surgeries to look like Kim Kardashian says she has no regrets because it gives her "pretty privilege". Cherri Lee, 28, grew up idolising the 41-year-old reality TV star, and made it her mission to look just like her. Over a period of eight years, the part-time English teacher had numerous surgeries in a bid to replicate Kardashian's hourglass figure and glamorous look. "My ex didn't want me back after the first surgery," she said, "but every time I went under the knife I would see positive change, and I quickly got addicted," she explained. The Kim K fanatic went on to have three Brazilian butt lifts, two boob jobs, a nose job, cheekbone surgery, a double chin reduction, two rounds of buccal fat removal - which thins the cheeks - and more eye surgery. She admitted she would even consider having more surgery because she experiences "pretty privilege" - the idea that attractive people get more opportunities in life because of their looks. Though she did point out: "It would be difficult to get another Brazilian Butt Lift as they've already taken almost all the fat off me." While she doesn't think her facial features look like Kim K's, they have definitely changed significantly, to the point where some family members and people in her hometown didn't even recognise her at first and thought she was a tourist. Lee said: "I do get people commenting from behind, thinking I can't hear them asking each other if I'm Kim. There are lots of Kim lookalikes but I came from an Asian background, so it takes much more effort - you don't see many Asian girls doing this." "I didn't do all of this for the small favours in life - I did it so I would love the way I looked - but it is definitely a perk." Lee said she now has a bigger pool of men approaching her, and feels sexy as a result of the attention. "My confidence is through the roof," she added, "I'm so much happier now than when I was younger." Lee hasn't been under the knife since her last buccal fat removal in Greece in 2021, and finally thought she'd achieved her dream look until recently, when she admitted she's been considering more liposuction.
