SNL actor Michael Che is in hot water

Saturday Night Lives’ Michael Che is under fire after he made ‘jokes’ directed towards Olympian and world-champion gymnast Simone Biles.

“Man I wanna make fun of Simon Biles,” he posted to his Instagram story.

“I got like 3 mins of Simone Biles jokes in my head. I’m going to the cellar tonight to say them into a microphone. as the dorky kids say, im choosing violence.”

Che went on to share a joke that referenced Larry Nassar, the former US Olympic doctor who sexually assaulted Simone Biles and other US gymnasts.

Though Che referred to the ‘joke’ as “rough” and “absolutely tasteless”, he went on to rate it nine out of ten.

The comedian then went on to claim he was hacked, writing:

“maaannnn, i got hack today. cant believe they got me.

“yall kno I only do jokes about whites and cops.

“S’all good now, I changed my password and everything..”

He then went on to change the subject: “anyway, yall hear about dababy tho..?

“that’s crazy..

“iight, see yall at church

“imma get there early,” he concluded.

Obviously, people online are not buying the claims he was hacked.

Not Michael Che using the same IG font as his “hacker,” wrote one eagle eyes Twitter user.

“Michael Che comes for people he thinks he can get away with dunking on. Trans women, Black women, sexual assault survivors. Judging by his flimsy “I got hacked” defense, it seems he had no idea how beloved Simone Biles is, or just how messed up it is to share a Larry Nasser joke,” writes journalist Delia Harrington.
