Scary Movie actress Jayne Trcka dies aged 62

Her death was confirmed by her son

The death was confirmed to TMZ by the San Diego medical examiner, while her cause of death is said to be pending.

The San Diego medical examiner also told The Sun that “there was trauma to the body, but we wouldn’t be able to indicate cause of death at this time.”

The news was also confirmed by her son, and she reportedly died on December 12.

Her son said that he had not been aware that she was suffering from any health issues, as he also confirmed his mother’s death to the publication.

According to TMZ, a friend of Trcka’s called her several times in the days before she was found, but got no answer on the phone.

Her friend reportedly then went to visit Trcka to check on her and found the actor unresponsive, before calling the emergency services.

Trcka became popular in the heyday of 1980s bodybuilding, while her first acting role was in the original Scary Movie film.
