We all love a good Internet meme.

What's not to love about Conspiracy Keanu... Or the Success Kid...   Or Russian President Vladimir Putin riding on the back of the fabled #WeaselPecker. Meme All good harmless fun. Or so we thought. It turns out that Russia has now banned Internet memes, according to an announcement from censors Roskomnadzor. The Washington Post reported that it is now illegal to publish memes that depict public figures in a way that "has not relation to their personality." JOE wondered is this now illegal? Or this?
