Royal Mail busts Twitter’s irony meter delivering Star Wars Day tweet a day late

Homenews

Star Wars Day comes around on May 4th every year.

It's the one day that fans of the film can relentlessly roll out the 'May the Fourth be with you' pun. But this seems to have been lost on the Royal Mail who turned up a little late to the Star Wars-themed pun party...on May 5th. Britain's postal service can't even deliver a tweet on time, it seems. Too. Much. Irony. This irony was certainly not lost on the eagle-eyed Twittersphere. (H/T Independent)
