Jeremy Clarkson was sacked but still made a £0.5m profit last year

It's believed good things happen to good people - and then there's the ones who just get lucky like Jeremy Clarkson.

Accounts for his private company show that profits increased from £1.2m to £1.7m in the year ending May 2015.

£456,804 was paid out to an undisclosed creditor during the year.

Motoring fans are waiting to see what him, James May and Richard Hammond have in store for their new car show, which Amazon has reportedly paid £160m for the privilege.
