Twins born weeks before Elon Musk’s second child with partner Grime.

The billionaire has allegedly fathered twins with one of his company executives, according to court documents.

In April, Mr Musk and Shivon Zilis filed a petition for the twins to “have their father’s last name” and their mother’s last name as part of their middle name, according to court documents cited by Business Insider.

A Texas judge approved the petition a month later, the report said.

It brings the total number of children Mr Musk has to nine.

He shares two children with Canadian singer Grimes and five others with his ex-wife Justine Wilson.

Musk allegedly had his eighth and ninth children with Shivon Zilis, who works at Neuralink, the company that is looking into human brain microchip technology.

The publication claims the court documents reveal Musk and Zilis filed a petition to change the names of the twins.

They wanted the newborns to ‘have their father’s last name and contain their mother’s last name as part of their middle name’.

Insider claims Zilis met Elon Musk while she was working ‘with OpenAI, the artificial-intelligence research-and-deployment nonprofit Musk cofounded in 2015’.

She moved from OpenAI to Tesla in 2017 to serve as a project director.

Ms Zilis reportedly gave birth to the twins in November 2021, weeks before Mr Musk and Grimes secretly welcomed their second child via surrogate.

This comes weeks after Musk’s daughter ditch her famous name and her recorded gender.

An LA County Superior Judge reportedly signed off the on the name change for Vivian Jenna Wilson, according to court documents obtained by TMZ last month. Wilson is Vivian’s mother, Justine Wilson’s, maiden name.

The judge also granted a gender change. Vivian identifies as female and her birth certificate is reportedly being re-issued by the state register.

Vivian, who recently turned 18, identifies as a trans woman and had filed a request to change her name in accordance with her new gender at the Los Angeles County superior court, Santa Monica, in April.

“I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form”, a court petition seen by Reuters stated.
